Job Description
As the Performance Marketer for Muto, you are a digital enthusiast who blends technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance our digital presence in the corporate mobility space.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-converting paid search and social media campaigns.
- Drive conversion through targeted landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Manage and scale our SEO efforts, increasing organic reach and visibility.
- Monitor and refine campaigns across all marketing channels to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead website maintenance and development to deliver an excellent user experience and improve SEO performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages are a bonus!).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing roles.
- Experience with GA4, Matomo, HubSpot, Figma, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Business Manager, ..
- Analytical mindset with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
- A hands-on attitude, continuously seeking to learn and improve.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategies and the ability to execute end-to-end campaigns.
- A team player with excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Passion for paving the way for Muto’s international success.
